Iseum of the Crowned Horus

Sun Rise on Phile Egypt ...looking out of 'the Jewel of the Nile' Temple of Isis Spring 2003

In ancient times a place to gather and to share wisdom and its expression was called a Lyceum. In truth this page is erected to share a Lyceum in honor of the true crowned prince/(resurrected King) Horus. Yet to place a more accurate description of this work, it is an Iseum. An Iseum is a place or portal of energy held to honor wisdom and its power through feminine divinity in association with ISIS.

In the ancient book of the dead there are many tales depicting the battles taken place between Horus and his uncle Set. This was initiated by the prompting's of Horus's mother, Goddess Isis to claim Horus's throne of Egypt. Through Isis's vision all that happened took place and all that was in truth came to be.

Horus's life was in preparation hidden away on an island (as in many heroic tales) to step forth to claim his throne. Yet as the years and battles went on Horus truly grew tired of fighting and wanted it all to end. He came to a point in his life when all the power, all the magic, all the desire of his ego was not important any more. He only wanted the truth.

In truth all ego and force of righteousness dissolves. It is the only thing that matters. Horus was willing to give up his long 'sought after throne' in his quest for this answer. He descended into the underworld risking his soul to face Maat the ultimate truth.

In finding the 'Truth' we can truly live our lives. Such as Horus.

There is not much written after Horus claimed his rightful throne. For the drama in our western society needs to be nurtured and that is the part of the legend that does not succor dependent desires.

In claiming the throne Horus claimed his life and begin it all on his own. It was a sun rise upon his kingdom and a new world.

This is the premise of this work. Honoring the sunrise upon our lives. To claim our lives and kingdoms in truth. There are no battles in truth there is only life and shining as we are.

May the true Light of the Crowned Horus bless you in this consciousness. May we set down our tools of destruction, be they weapons of war, weapons of righteousness, weapons of anger, weapons of pride, weapons of fear and of pain. All the battles will dissolve with no weapons to use . We can then place the crown of truth upon our heads and begin to discover potential love, joy, and peace.

  • "There is much exploration of the inner mind for the Magus, One is with the psychic world and the other the mystic. With the mystic one deals with absolute truth. One who is focused with such a quest will automatically discover the psychic world and will pass through those levels of the mind. One that is only interested in the psychic will get too caught up in that level of power and phenomenon which many times retards self-growth. One can become more psychic but is no better off in life as they were before. As a mystic practitioner one will gain knowledge of the psychic world and at the same time causing self- growth processing as well.
