DIVINE KHEPERA

In the beginning there was light; and the ancient Egyptians most definitely acknowledged the sun and its brilliance as the symbol of life anew, and new beginnings. The beetle was observed in ancient Egypt leaving its eggs in cow dung rolled into a ball the shape of the sun. As a divine being man, when honoring the sun within can become new born, and a temple himself. To the ancient Egyptians the first true god was formless; he was later envisioned as a man with a beetle head, called the Khepera. The symbol of the beetle or ancient Khepera is the symbol of all life being brought forth from the sun and of the earth. The rejuvenation of life and the resurrection of the Self spring from this consciousness. Transformation is the willingness and desire to change from one consciousness to another. In this process a complete formation of being evolves and the soul embraces its divinity. The ascension of the Khepera portrayed here is the rising from the basest of life to a transformation of consciousness, converging with the dove, bring peace profound.

Another portrayal is the merging of the Personality and the Soul as the complete Being!
